Lucinio Santos is a senior user experience engineer with IBM at Research Triangle Park. He has worked on interaction design, user research, and usability evaluation activities in numerous offerings across segments in IBM software since 1990, including in the areas of network and systems management, application messaging, application development, and project and portfolio management. He holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology from the University of New Mexico.
