Carol Farnsworth, Keynote's senior director customer experi­ence research, has been conducting usability research for more than ten years. Recently, her research has been focused on remote, unmoderated, quantitative/qualitative usability research. Prior to joining Keynote, Carol taught usability methods courses at Stanford University and served as a faculty member in the University's Information/Web Technology department.
