Jonathan Lazar is a professor of Computer and Information Sciences, director of the undergraduate Information Systems program, and founder of the Universal Usability Laboratory at Towson University. He is a coauthor of Research Methods in Human-Computer Interaction, author of Web Usability: A User-Centered Design Approach, and editor of Universal Usability: Designing Computer Interfaces for Diverse User Populations. He has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from UMBC.
