Matt JonesMatt Jones has recently moved from New Zealand to Wales, where he is helping to set up the Future Interaction Technology Lab at Swansea University. He has worked on mobile interaction issues for the past ten years and has published a large number of articles in this area. He is the co-author of Mobile Interaction Design, John Wiley & Sons (2006)
Neil TurnerNeil Turner has an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London. He works as a web analyst at John Lewis Direct, specializing in usability testing, accessibility, and user-centered design.
Paul CairnsPaul Cairns is a senior lecturer at the UCL Interaction Centre, an interdisciplinary research center for HCI at University College London. His interests in HCI are motivated by understanding what makes interactions more than just something users do, but instead, actual positive experiences.
