Duane DeglerDuane Degler founded IPGems to focus on performance improvement through user-centered design, knowledge/content strategy, and semantic technologies. He works with government agencies and commercial firms in the U.S. and internationally. Duane is a participant in the UPA Body of Knowledge activity and helps organize the Semantic Web User Interaction workshop series. He has more than twenty years of experience in user-centered design, information design/architecture, organizational communications, training, and knowledge management.
