Jonathan LazarJonathan Lazar is a professor of Computer and Information Sciences, director of the undergraduate Information Systems program, and founder of the Universal Usability Laboratory at Towson University. He is a coauthor of Research Methods in Human-Computer Interaction, author of Web Usability: A User-Centered Design Approach, and editor of Universal Usability: Designing Computer Interfaces for Diverse User Populations. He has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from UMBC.
Brian WentzBrian Wentz is an assistant professor at Frostburg State University in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology. His research interests include social computing, policy implications of accessibility and usability, and making business practices more accessible. He has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Penn State University and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Towson University.
