Zhengjie LiuZhengjie Liu is founder and director of the Sino-European Usability Center (SEUC) (www.usabilitychina.com), professor at Dalian Maritime University, China, and chair of the Academic Committee of ACM SIGCHI China. He led SEUC in providing consultancy to many multinational companies and conducting research funded by the European Union and the Chinese government. He holds advanced degrees in computer science from Xian Jiaotong University, China, and worked as a guest professor in Germany and the UK from 1992 to 1994.
Lynne CoventryLynne Coventry has been a consultant on usability and human computer interaction for NCR’s Advanced Technology and Research, Scotland, for six years. In this role, Lynne has managed evaluations of concepts such as contactless and personalized cash machines with customers in Britain, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. Lynne holds a B. Sc. in Computing Science and Psychology, a M. Sc. in Software Engineering and a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction.
Graham JohnsonAs director of Advanced Technology and Research for NCR, Graham Johnson sets research and technology directions, initiates key university-based research relationships, drives innovation, and manages the group. Previously, as assistant director of NCR's Knowledge Lab, London, he established the research agenda for the consortium-based, award-winning advanced innovation center. Prior to NCR, he helped build the usability consulting group within Philips in the Netherlands. He holds a BA (Honours) degree in Psychology and a M. Sc. in Work Design and Ergonomics.
Haixin ZhangHaixin Zhang is a staff member at the Sino European Usability Center (SEUC) of Dalian Maritime University. He is experienced in various UCD methods and carries out consultancy and research projects in usability-related areas. He holds a B. Eng. degree in mechanics and an M. Eng. degree in computer science, both from Dalian Maritime University.
Junliang ChenJunliang Chen is a staff member at the Sino European Usability Center (SEUC) of Dalian Maritime University. He has experience conducting various usability consultancy and research projects. He holds a B. Eng. degree in computer science and an M. Eng. degree in information systems from Dalian Maritime University.
