Eric H. Chow is a senior mobile application developer at Hong Kong Baptist University, the Resource Centre for Ubiquitous Learning & Integrated Pedagogy (ULIP), a government-funded initiative that aims to develop mobile apps across disciplines and subject areas that are of high functionality and pedagogical value. Eric obtained his M.Phil. from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His current work focuses on interaction design and user testing of e-learning and mobile learning applications.
