Seung Chan Lim is a computer scientist by training, a designer/researcher/engineer by trade. After nine years at MAYA Design, he spent four years exploring craft as well as the visual/performing arts at Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University, where he developed a model of the design process as a multi-dimensional empathic conversation. He is the author of (ital)Realizing Empathy: An Inquiry into the Meaning of Making.
