Chris Rourke, managing director of User Vision, has worked in usability and human factors consultancy for over fifteen years. He has led usability testing and consultancy projects in the public sector, financial services, e-commerce, and mobile technologies. Chris has a MSc from University of Michigan and BSc from Tufts University in Engineering Psychology. He is founder and president of the Scottish Chapter of the UPA.
Ross Philip is a usability consultant with User Vision, and has over seven years experience working on commercial projects. He has a keen interest in organizational usability practice and processes and led the project outlined in this case study. Ross is involved with the British Standards Institute as British HCI Group Liaison, and was involved in the development of an accreditation scheme for usability professionals. He received his BSc Hons from Edinburgh University and an MSc in Information Systems from Napier University.
