Ray KillamRay Killam is president of Essociates, Inc., a forms consulting firm. Ray has more than thirty years experience in the forms industry. He holds dual industry certifications: Business Forms Management Association’s (BFMA) Certified Form Systems Professional (CFSP) and Document Management Industry Association’s (DMIA) Certified Forms Consultant (CFC). Ray is the current president of BFMA. He was the Association’s 2001 winner of the prestigious Jo Warner Award in “recognition of outstanding contributions to the advancement of the forms/systems profession.”
