Kathryn Summers focuses on making medical information easier for people with lower literacy skills to find, navigate, and read on the Web. She teaches user research, usability testing, and interaction design for the University of Baltimore's master's program in Interaction Design and Information Architecture.
Kath Straub works with organizations and agencies to design, integrate, and evaluate content that shapes consumer behavior. Kath Straub is currently the principal of Usability.org. She holds a Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester (New York).
