Arnold LundArnold (Arnie) Lund is director of user experience for Microsoft’s IT Center of Excellence organization, and he is active on Microsoft’s user experience leadership team. He is on the Executive Council of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), is a HFES Fellow, and recently served as president of the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). He is a co-chair for the ACM SIGCHI CHI2008 conference, and is a liaison to UXnet. He is also currently teaching user-centered design at the University of Washington, is on the advisory board of UPA’s Journal of Usability Studies, and is on the editorial board for the International Journal of Speech Technology.
