Robin Beers, PhD, is vice president and customer insights manager in Wells Fargo's Internet Services Group. She manages both the User and Syndicated Research practices. Robin has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and is particularly interested in the interconnections of organizational culture and customer experience. An ethnographic research expert, she is passionate about bringing the faces, stories, and experiences of real people inside the bank to continually evolve the customer-centric culture at Wells Fargo.
